This is the only speech about finding job fulfillment that I’ve ever seen that’s actually helpful… and I’ve been combing the internet for help with this problem for over 13 years.

i find getting a job to be one of the least important things in life.
I find the whole concept of earning a living humanly degrading.

I’ve been looking for a talk like this to shake me up. I have been studying like crazy all of my life to get a golden star, an approval, a degree. Now that I have finished, it is completely useless. I have no idea what I want to do. I’ll try your approach on what I want to feel. That was a real eyes opener! Thank you a lot!

I wanted to be a script writer, advertising exec, etc. Later I just want to get paid well. Now I want to be appreciated. I dream of a pastries and cake business. I used to help companies get money to train staff. So I have a lot of ideas. But its like I can’t see which way to go. currently am looking for a new job and then it will be time to start my pastry business.

I am struggling to find the words. My road has become tough and cloudy and listening to you was a refreshing blessing. My vow is no longer applicable…

Thank you to all of you who have taken the time to comment and ‘like’. Please share the video with anyone who you think could use it. Every ah-ha means the possibility of another person feeling better and contributing to the whole. :-)

Wow this talk gave me so much clarity! I literally paused the video and discovered my “yolk” with a bit of reflection and introspection. As a new grad, I’m much more clear on which jobs will give me the satisfaction I yearn for.. Because I realized what makes me come alive.

Does anybody know where can I find out what she mentioned at 7:38-what to do if I didn’t have a dream due to dysfunctional family/tough childhood ?
She said she’ll talk about it another time

Happy is putting food on the table, really? Yeah, well, one shouldn’t have to devote the majority of their lives slaving away just to be able to eat enough good healthy food to stay healthy. You all can keep your elitist brainwashing ways of life! People are not objects to be owned! And those of us the brainwashing doesn’t work on understand how this planet could easily house and feed double the population it has now, but only if you all stop letting greed and ego be your purpose for living. The oppression and ignorance must end! With your mentality, we can’t have more people.

Wow that was short, sweet, straight to the point but beyond inspiring! I learned so much in those short minutes. I kind of want more of that. I wonder if you are still coaching.
