In a previous video, Brian said that you should start your day reading something positive. I use his videos for that purpose. It sets the tone for my day and gives me something to think about.

Hi Brian !
You helped me
change my life, By the Nightingale Conant Co., In your “Titles”- The
Psychology of Achievement, Advanced Selling Techniques, How To Start and
Succeed in Your Own Business,& The Luck Factor. You made an impact on my
life early on in the 80’s and 90’s when I was looking for ” what you call
“mental Protein”, not “mental candy”. After having a
successful musical life( 1979-1994) as a Show Band Musician, I was looking for
a way to avoid the “playing in bars”, “Old guy syndrome”, I
saw when I was young , and -That Scared
God Bless you Brian you helped me out of a life of poverty!

Thank you for this video, Mr. Tracy. You radiate humility and integrity; we haven’t met, but you have inspired me over the years and have had a positive impact on my life. To answer the question you posed at the end of your talk, the answer is yes. Right now, in fact, my integrity is being tested. I’m searching for a position in sales and the NY talent market is competitive, of course. I had 3 interview processes rolling and only one of them gave me an offer. The truth is that it’s a much more junior role and the pay is too low for me to make ends meet. My dilemma for the last two days has been deciding between accepting the offer while I keep prospecting for better opportunities, which is dishonest. They’re nice people and I would be exploiting their trust. But I need money now to pay my bills and it may take a few more weeks before I get another offer. One part of me wants to take the job to relieve the stress of having no income; the other part wants me to be transparent and try to work out another arrangement at the risk of losing the offer. What I’ve decided to do is to be honest and open about my financial needs and see if we could find another solution. Other people around me are encouraging me to just take the job and leave in a couple of months. I damage my integrity and self esteem by doing that. It’s not what a successful leader would do. I wrote up a letter explaining my financial obligations and solid reasons that support a higher salary and will talk them through it tomorrow. Wish me luck!

This is one of the best videos that i have ever had a chance to see.
I believe It’s not really easy in our great world to be a man of total integrity, but think that that’s exactly what it takes to make the difference and to be a true courageous leader who would one day make the world just a bit better place to live if God wills!
God bless you Mr Brian and your age!

I have a problem in my work situation. Sometimes I need to tell white lies to cover a situation that will make a problem worst. Sometimes I need to say no comment on a situation for a problem will not arise.

I agree with you Brian, but we all know that’s not true, just about every rich prick out their, never got their honestly, they lie, steal, and cheat. But I’m a big fan, but the truth we all know is not so !!
But your point is valid.

Hey Brian, I think the most necessary situation in which you should be exceptionally unfair is with people who you are sure they’ll do the same to you in that case, Is this a right hypothesis ?
